Also contained in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
